  1. Find a private space

Choose a well-lit room and a space that is free from distractions.

2. Gather recommended items & information

Items such as a thermometer, a flashlight or other light source, a scale or your child's weight may be helpful for the visit. Also, have the name and location of your pharmacy on hand.

3. Log on for your appointment early

Please log on at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you can access the platform and to answer a few questions.

4. Ask questions & be ready to help

We encourage you to be involved throughout the telemedicine visit. Ask questions and get your child involved by showing us their favorite book or toy. We may also ask for your help with conducting a physical examination, which may include such tasks as checking your child's temperature or checking their throat.

For any questions, feel free to call us at (662) 236-3939.
