Tanya J. Fitts, M.D.
Pediatrician
Pediatrician Dr. Tanya Fitts has been caring for children and teens in Mississippi for nearly 20 years. As the physician owner of Lafayette Pediatric Clinic, she leads a staff of professionals dedicated to serving young people and their families from across all backgrounds. Dr. Fitts is an avid supporter of the arts and in her spare time, she enjoys reading, art, music and theater.
Anne Kristen Glaser, D.O.
Pediatrician
For Dr. Anne Kristen Glaser, being a pediatrician combines all the fascinating parts of medicine with all the fun of working with kids. She is committed to providing a continuity of care to each of her patients and loves helping them grow into healthy and happy adults. Dr. Glaser joined Lafayette Pediatric Clinic in 2022. Before that, she received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Tulane University and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from William Carey University. Dr. Glaser completed her pediatric residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She lives in Oxford with her husband, Jon, and two daughters.
Jillian Johnson
Practice Administrator
Jillian Johnson joined Lafayette Pediatric Clinic as the Practice Administrator in 2021. She has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Office Technology from Northwest Mississippi Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Technology from Kaplan University. Before joining Lafayette Pediatrics, Jillian worked for Panola Medical Center, assisting with clinic operations and completing provider enrollment. Jillian has three children, Elaina, Caleb and Carter.
Courtney Baker, MA
Courtney joined Lafayette Pediatric Clinic in 2020 and wears many hats at the clinic. She can often be found helping patients at the front desk, assisting Dr. Fitts as a scribe or working with the nurses as a medical assistant. In 2013, Courtney received her associate's degree in healthcare data technology and hopes to become a nurse one day. Courtney enjoys spending time with loved ones and friends, reading and Bible study, and being with her daughter Layla Rose.
Pat Nelson
Insurance and Billing Clerk
Pat has been part of the Lafayette Pediatric Clinic family since 2010. She is a proud native of Lafayette County. In her free time, Pat loves spending time with her two children, four grandchildren and two dogs.
Janae Boykin
Front Office Administrative
Janae Boykin enjoys working at the front office at Lafayette Pediatric Clinic. She grew up in Aberdeen, Miss., and attended Starkville High School. Janae is currently enrolled at Northwest Community College, working toward a degree in business management. She also has a business as a lash artist in Oxford called Blinking Beauty. In her free time, Janae loves to cook and spend time with her family and daughter, Finley.
